Long deep breathing

 

Long Deep Breathing

  • Sit on a chair with your feet flat and spine elongated or sit on the floor, cross legged.
  • Breathe in as you fill your lower belly, expand your lungs and chest
  • Exhale as you empty out all the air from your lungs and gently pull your navel in towards the spine
  • Continue to lengthen and slow down your breath
