Alternate Nostril Breathing

Alternate Nostril Breathing balances your emotions and both hemispheres of your brain.

  • Bring your left hand up to your nose and block off your left nostril with your thumb and inhale through your right nostril. Block off the right nostril with your index finger and exhale out of your left nostril
  • Inhale through your left notril, block off your left Nostril as you exhale  out of your right nostril
